By accessing the website, requesting a quotation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Consultancy Services
FinSoul Network Bahrain provides consultancy according to the scope stated in an approved proposal, quotation, or engagement letter.
Services may include gap assessments, documentation, policies, staff training, risk assessments, internal audits, corrective-action support, certification preparation, and coordination with independent certification bodies or network firms.
2. Independent Certification Bodies
FinSoul Network Bahrain provides consultancy and certification support. We do not independently award ISO, Halal, HACCP, or other accredited certificates unless expressly authorised and stated in writing.
The final decision to issue, suspend, renew, or withdraw a certificate belongs to the relevant certification or accreditation body. Certification and regulatory approval cannot be guaranteed.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide correct information, required documents, access to employees and facilities, and timely management approval.
The client is responsible for implementing agreed systems, following procedures, maintaining records, and complying with applicable laws and certification requirements.
Any delay caused by the client, government authority, auditor, certification body, or missing documentation may extend the project timeline.
4. Fees, Charges and Refunds
Fees and payment terms will be stated in the approved proposal. Certification-body fees, government charges, laboratory testing, translations, travel, and other third-party expenses are separate unless included in writing.
Work may be suspended for overdue invoices. Payments relating to completed consultancy work or committed third-party costs are generally non-refundable.

Information on this website is general and does not replace a professional assessment of your organisation.
Certification standards, regulatory requirements, costs, and timelines may change. FinSoul Network does not guarantee that website content will always reflect every recent authority or certification-body update.
6. Intellectual Property
Website material, consultancy reports, policies, manuals, training content, and templates are owned by FinSoul Network or their respective owners.
Paid client deliverables may be used internally for the agreed project. Copying, selling, publishing, or distributing them to another organisation is prohibited without written permission.
7. Confidentiality and Network Firms
We will use reasonable safeguards to protect client information. Where necessary, services or specialist activities may be provided through approved consultants, independent auditors, certification bodies, or FinSoul Network firms.
Personal information will be handled according to the website Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Bahrain law, FinSoul Network will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, missed tenders, authority delays, certification decisions, or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the consultancy fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Websites and Authorities
We may refer clients to certification bodies, auditors, laboratories, regulators, or external websites. These parties operate independently, and we are not responsible for their decisions, content, processing time, fees, or availability.
10. Termination
An engagement may be terminated according to the relevant proposal. We may suspend services for non-payment, misleading information, lack of cooperation, unlawful instructions, or misuse of our documents.
Completed work and committed external charges remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Bahrain.
